Group Captain Amanyeiwe or Uncle Amans, this is how our  Uncle was known in our home. He was one of the few relatives of our Dad that we were well acquainted with as children....Our very close Dad's cousin. We remember their hearty, from the belly laughter whenever Uncle Amans and our Dad shared times in our sitting room.

Our mother recalls that Uncle was always present at important events in our lives. From birthdays, weddings, anniversaries,  he was always supportive of his cousin and family. At my wedding for instance (Stella's), Uncle Amans was the one who volunteered the very large hall on the Airforce base to accommodate the crowd.

Uncle Amans, you lived a well fulfilled and rewarding life. You are now in the presence of your Lord and Savior and we know you are once again laughing with your cousin, our Dad.
