Daddy [Amans] as he was fondly called by our family, was generous, wise, and a natural-born storyteller - a great custodian of our family history and heritage. He was a rare breed- tough and smart (like the soldier he was) .. but meek and gentle. He stood for best practices always and was a devout Catholic Christian despite his love and appreciation for traditions. We will deeply miss him and remember him always. Rest on in peace my gallant godfather!
